(260110) -- LUXOR, Jan. 10, 2026 (Xinhua) -- Tomatoes are sun-dried in a village in Luxor, Egypt, on Jan. 9, 2026. Several villages across Luxor Governorate have seen a rise in tomato drying activities this season, which have become a significant income source for local farmers. The drying process takes place mainly in January and February, when Luxor enjoys warm winter sunlight.
