The Ravens have reportedly signed another veteran to bolster their offensive line depth.

Jovaughn Gwyn, a backup guard/center with the Atlanta Falcons last season, has agreed to a one-year contract with Baltimore, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Gwyn played for new Offensive Line Coach/Run Game Coordinator Dwayne Ledford in Atlanta last season, and they will reunite in Baltimore.

The 26-year-old Gwyn was a seventh-round draft pick out of South Carolina in 2023 and has played primarily on special teams. He played 11 offensive snaps for the Falcons last season and will have a chance to compete for a larger role with the Ravens. Baltimore is retooling its interior offensive line afterlosing Pro Bowl center Tyler Linderbaumto the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency.

The Ravens arereportedly bringing back veteran guard John Simpsonon a three-year deal, and he is expected to claim one of the starting guard positions. Gwyn will join Andrew Vorhees, Emery Jones Jr., Corey Bullock, and Jared Penning, who are returning along the interior offensive line.

The Ravens are also eyeing offensive linemen in the upcoming draft, and General Manager Eric DeCosta is looking forward to seeing Ledford bring out the potential in Baltimore's young blockers.

"I am super, super excited to work with him," DeCosta said. "He's a great coach, and he's super excited. I think he's done a masterful job. If you look at some of the guys he's had in Atlanta, how he's developed players. One of the things that I probably admire most about his coaching style is his ability to take these younger guys and make them really, really good.

"I think we've got a good plan. We will be looking at some free agents as well. We'll probably bring a couple guys in the next couple of weeks, but I have a lot of confidence in Coach Ledford and our offensive staff to develop guys."
